Rip Off! Bait & Switch Came in to repair a cracked screen and before I could speak, the owner was telling me the screen cracked because of a swollen battery. I told him no, but he would not let me explain that I dropped it on its corner without a case on it, from 2 steps above my concrete garage floor. And, the screen showed just that kind of crack.
