Impossible to get an appointment there. I have 5 different numbers and none of them work
I had a very disappointing experience there. I was scheduled to do new MRI images. They saved them with the old images by mistake. I chased them for 2 weeks until they realized that is what they did. I never got a new report and it has been a frustrating experience. I would go somewhere if I was you.
Had to do a procedure and Dr.Fishman & it was smooth thanks to Kaye (the X-RAY tech) and him. They explained everything step by step and helped me a lot ! Definitely recommend them ❤️😭
*Edited to respond to owners comment: Who do we report the Patient Experience Team to? I called and had a ticket opened on Tuesday. Was told 48 hours max before someone calls back. I called again Friday because no one called. Was told "David" was assigned my "case" but he was unavailable. Was told a message would be sent to David at about 1030AM to return my call. It is now Saturday at 1130AM but still no return call. I really expected a different level/quality of care from University of Miami of all places!! I went for a fu... read more
