My children were medicaid patients of his. That guy REFUSED to allow me back with 3 of my minor daughters that were under 12 at the time. He said that children behave better without their parents. Which for my kids is not true. They pleaded for me to go back with with them but he absolutely refused. The incident happened a few weeks before he overdosed the child.
