I edited this review just to say No No Thank you! They seem to care more about days off than the patient. Again was schedule for Monday and Thursday a bath. No show for Monday. Waited all day. Hmmm. We can wait for their phone calls and arrivals and suppose to be acceptable to it but they don’t have too. They can come and go and we are just suppose to be available when they finally show. Not showing or calling a family is not acceptable. Called made complaint. No one returned call. Called again was told short staffed. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to NO ONE
