If you want non end of life exceptional care, you have reached the right Hospice, if you want no support, you have reached the right Hospice. If you enjoy playing phone tag (bc they call you on blocked numbers) you have reached the right Hospice. They get paid no matter what. So if you want added stress when your loved one is dying, you have found the right Hospice! They won't contact you about concerns but they will send you a sympathy card after you loved one has passed.
The staff here in the fall of 2021 (awful year btw) are some of the most professional, contentious & genuine people I've ever met. A SUPER big thank you to Dee & Andy but really everyone from the after-hours answering service to the 'prescription guru' we called for guidance... your team provided such heartfelt care I can't thank you enough.
