Not showing or calling a family is not acceptable. Called made complaint. No one returned call. Called again was told short staffed. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to NO ONE

If you want non end of life exceptional care, you have reached the right Hospice, if you want no support, you have reached the right Hospice. If you enjoy playing phone tag (bc they call you on blocked numbers) you have reached the right Hospice. They get paid no matter what. So if you want added stress when your loved one is dying, you have found the right Hospice! They won't contact you about concerns but they will send you a sympathy card after you loved one has passed.
