I came in for a physical and drug screen for a healthcare position, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Everyone was kind from the door screener, front desk to the phlebotomist. I give them 5 stars!!! Thank you Michael and Joanna for your professionalism and personal touch!

My new employer scheduled a drug test for me at this location, as it was the closest to me. I received the email confirmation which had the name, directions, and the phone number. I called the phone number to confirm hours of operation, and it states on the phone that they’re open till 4:30PM, and “take the last drug screening at 4PM”. I showed up at 3:36PM, was greeted by the security guard (who was nice) but stated they couldn’t take me. He informed me they close at 4PM and stop taking drug screenings at 3:30PM. Had a physical and had to wait for person to get back from vacation until they would mail it! They don’t email, very unprofessional service!
