I cannot get the staff here to answer or return phone calls. Can you say "3rd world country issues"?
After several cancelations on their end, not mine, and 2 1/2 months trying to be seen, I get another call canceling again. Was supposedly on on a cancelation list but I guess in 2 1/2 months, nobody has cancelled their appointment. Worst service I have ever been subjected to.
You can't ever get anyone to answer a phone! I guess I have to drive to Bloomington to see a doctor. Bano's office if you need anything complicated you can't see him either. Essentially I guess there is no urologist ( that my insurance will take) in peoria. Maybe OSF?
