The receptionist is very rude and into the doctor and they don’t wanna help you with the pain is all a lie. All they wouldn’t do is do a steroid injections so that Office is bullshit.
The nurse named Kee was an exceptional nurse, the phlebotomist got me on the first try even though my arm is usually a hard stick. My ultrasound tech was polite and helpful in explaining what was going on, Dr. Macha was professional, while also being friendly enough to explain the entire situation. This was on a Saturday at roughly 7pm, and the treatment I had surpassed previous experiences I can recall.
Worst er ever
In here to be seen after being struck by a car and my injuries apparently aren't as serious as other people's. I'm still here and have been here for an hour and a half already and am in so much pain.
