Was told by Jon about a lovely view on the second floor. And was basically treated with suspicion and rudeness by whoever was at the front desk registration. These people just love having a crumb of power to hold over your head.

The receptionist is very rude and into the doctor and they don’t wanna help you with the pain is all a lie. All they wouldn’t do is do a steroid injections so that Office is bullshit.
The nurse named Kee was an exceptional nurse, the phlebotomist got me on the first try even though my arm is usually a hard stick. My ultrasound tech was polite and helpful in explaining what was going on, Dr. Macha was professional, while also being friendly enough to explain the entire situation. This was on a Saturday at roughly 7pm, and the treatment I had surpassed previous experiences I can recall.
