The people that work in the lab are the laziest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Do better, your superiors should fire all you. Even the person who checked me in indicated that they were slow...
I was told by my insurance they would pay for out of network for a mammogram. I did not know Unity Point would not bill my insurance because it was out of Unity Point Network. Please have your people explain that to patients. Make sure they know Unity Point will absolutely not bill insurance if out of network and it will be a hassle. Thank you.
I went there this evening due to having an asthma attack, which lead to be pneumonia. Breanna the respiratory therapist there was amazing! She talked me through everything that was gonna be going on while I was in her care. She stayed the whole hour while I had to do a nebulizer treatment to make sure I was okay and if I had any questions. She made me feel so comfortable, and I didn’t have my usual nervousness I get when In a hospital setting. One of the best healthcare professionals I’ve ever experienced!
