My issue is with anyone in reception/operators. The staff here are clueless. Trying to call and reschedule an appt and ask for the Dept and get a lot of "umm" then get transferred to the wrong dept. Told to call back and ask for a specific dept. Call back, ask for that specific dept and I was asked if I was a doctor or PT. Said I was a patient and got another "umm well do you mean" explained again that I'm trying to reschedule my appt and get told "well this is the operator" I said I know I'm trying to reach *specific dept* ... read more
Had a physician cancel on the day of my appointment. Regrettably, they couldn't contact me by phone. The concept of contacting me through the app they insisted I use for communication with Carle was overlooked. And so I drove the 45 miles to Peoria to get to my appointment and then turned right around and drove 45 miles back home. This should have been the end of it. Dr.Tony has the worst bed side manners ive ever experienced and didnt assist me with my problem at all. He was incredibley rude!
