Worked with them for over 3 years. First time told "no IVF no baby" before even having anything worked up just TTC for a year.Couldn't do my first IUI round because the doctor was on a vacation during my ovulation even though we had an appointment two weeks prior and she told me to schedule the procedure. I had a rude staff member call me to cancel due to my general physician prescribed me on clomid after I took a break from the Rude staff with Dr Zhang.
There are no words for how much I love the care team here. My wife gave birth to both of our kids at St.Luke’s. The nurses were unbelievably kind, supportive, caring, and loving towards her, our newborn, and me (terrified husband). Their kindness helped her feel calm and prepared – and it gave us both a sense that we had people who immediately loved us and would take care of anything that got in the way of baby and mom’s health and happiness. I cannot express how delighted my husband and I were with the care team here that helped deliver our son. Through the good moments and the scary, they were the kindest, most attentive individuals in the medical field that I have ever encountered. Every day of our stay was magical. They were so sweet. After this experience, all our future children will be born there. I wouldn't trust our care to anyone else.
