Very short wait in ER. Nurses friendly and did not appear to rush you when asking questions and getting info. Doctor friendly and really listened. Explained thoroughly plan of treatment.
Sitting in the full waiting room as I'm typing this and the check in nurses are busy laughing it up and taking selfies. No sense of urgency or importance at all whatso ever 😡

I had the most wonderful nurse practitioner, Ann. She was very thorough, even addressing another issue we weren’t even being seen for. I was so impressed, I think I just found my new doctor !
Had surgery last November... The staff was wonderful and funny! The ER at night was a different story. The doctor wasn’t interested in explaining anything or asking me about how I felt (spoke to me for literally like 10 secs). Oh, and the person who did my leg ultrasound: super rude. The only person that was nice and seemed to care was the nurse. So the surgical team, 5/5; Overnight ER staff 1/5.
I believe st lukes is such a good hospital especially when it comes to the labor and delivery nurses!!
they treat you good! best hospital ever, everyone is very professional!
