I always find this office very comfortable, and all the staff are nice and helpful.
Ive been a patient for 10+yrs. I called because of Covid to ask their hours, I was told they were open till 4:30. I arrived in the lobby at 3:55 to get a 90 day print out for a IDOT physical. I asked if they could give me the print out for my appointment at IWORKS @ 7:45 the next morning, It takes less than 2 minutes to do(I have it done every 2 yrs). .
