Canceled my appointment without leaving a voicemail. Had no idea until I walked in there for my appointment. The receptionist was so rude and acted like she couldn’t have cared less. Do not recommend.
Doctor said my problems were above his pay grade while wearing Gucci glasses
Billed for visit and tetanus shot. I have Medicare and supplement. Carle billing told me “shots are not covered.” WHAT???
My last appointment was more of a get acquainted as my previous doctor had left that location. Was not impressed.
Was on hold for over a hour and half. Then drove 30 minutes away for the first care to say sorry our phone are shut off (apparently they shut phones off at 430 ) so even if you were on hold before 430 u wont get an answer. then they said they couldnt see us even though they still had 40 minutes before they closed and no one was waiting in the lobby normally they are good and would recommend them but after this experience i would say go somewhere else and they 2 ladies that were talking to me were beyond rude.
