Started going last year because of neck pain. The first employee to help me was uncontrollably laughing at me when I was trying to exercise the first few visits and it was very embarrassing and really hurt my self esteem. I managed to change to a different therapist but she seemed like she was following a script without even listening to any of my symptoms. Do not go to Professional Therapy Services. Do not waste your time, do not make the same mistake I did . Review 9/3/25: Don’t go to Carle PTS expecting skilled therapists to administer appropriate evaluations. Provider failed to administer speech and language evaluation before starting speech therapy treatment. Insurance partially approved requested visits and explicitly stated they hadn’t received documentation explaining reasons for therapy.
