Came in for a tick bite. E Bothfeld was very informative and provided prompt care and great actionable advice.
We were seen very efficiently, nurses were kind, doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience!
Care away from home! We are from Chicago and were visiting Madison for a volleyball camp for an older child. All of a sudden my 6 year old son fell ill with his entire right side of his face/ lips/ nose swollen up like a balloon. The medical assistants, nurses, and physician assistants were amazing! They were so kind, helped us out by administering steroids/ antibiotics / Benadryl to get the swelling down until we can get back home to identify root cause whether it’s allergy or dental related with our main physicians in Chic... read more
