Made me go to the ER for no reason. I came in to talk about my asthma the doctor checked 2 spots on my back with a stefascope and sent me to the ER. They charged me 30 for the appointment and now im being charged 250 just for the ER to tell me nothing was wrong and doctors somtimes do that to keep liability off of them. What a scam and crappy practice im done with the doctor at this point and would rather fall over dead then to be repeatedly scammed by meriter hospitals and clinics. The nurses and providers at this clinic are knowledgeable and professional, but this place is woefully understaffed. I waited the better part of a year to establish a PCP here, only to show up for my visit and be told that person was leaving the clinic. Update: took 3 months to get the most basic, AI-level response on a routine test I had done. This clinic should be embarrassed.

I saw Dr Rustad today. She was very pleasant and thorough. It was my annual physical. Would highly recommend Dr Rustad.
