The nurses and providers at this clinic are knowledgeable and professional, but this place is woefully understaffed. I waited the better part of a year to establish a PCP here, only to show up for my visit and be told that person was leaving the clinic.
I saw Dr Rustad today. She was very pleasant and thorough. It was my annual physical. Would highly recommend Dr Rustad.
My girlfriend went here for a physical and was asked how she was doing overall and she talked briefly about some mental/emotional things that were happening lately. She was then charged without being told for an “office visit” that was “outside the bounds of a normal physical” which she has to pay out of pocket. To charge someone for a brief talk when she was not treated for anything is ridiculous. Do not go to this location, they will rob you.
