My girlfriend went here for a physical and was asked how she was doing overall and she talked briefly about some mental/emotional things that were happening lately. She was then charged without being told for an “office visit” that was “outside the bounds of a normal physical” which she has to pay out of pocket. To charge someone for a brief talk when she was not treated for anything is ridiculous. Do not go to this location, they will rob you.

I went in for a meet and greet with Dr. Rustad. This should have been a half hour tops. She would *not* stop talking for almost 2 hours. Then ordered "standard annual" lab work. Afterwards I received a bill for over $300 just for labs. I have been fighting this bill now for over 5 months and finally was told by my insurance that they will cover it if the doctor changes the coding.
