I had the best experience here and will definitely be returning. Dr. Andrews is such a genuine woman and I'd trust her with my care any day.
UPDATE: Dr. Andrews once again showed great care in both treating and explaining all elements of my visit. Dr. Rife was very positive in helping me with the tail end of that visit. ------------------------ This past week I have called multiple times and the ladies who have answered the phone have been VERY polite, positive.
I like to come to this location usually because I've never had an issue but today wasn't the case. I came in not even able to walk and in a lot of pain and the front desk person checking me in seemed to immediately have an attitude. When I explained what was going on, her response was "Well what have they done for you before?" In a really condescending voice. When I'm in pain and needing care, I'm not looking to be talked down on and given attitude for seeking it. Maybe she was having a bad day but she had a completely diffe... read more
