I used to think highly of this hospital, however, now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Especially if it's an emergency; they might forget you are there.

you guys are the absolute WORSE. my daughter was having an asthma attack and had us wait in the lobby from 3am-currently still waiting (7:20am) they checked her vitals 4 times and i am just so upset by the way they handle care….. we watched multiple people walk in before us and their health looked fine while my daughter is literally fighting for her life… wait for my lawyer.

I went in there just to have my finger looked at to see if it needed stitches and all the urgent cares are closed. And when you get in the door the people at the front desk are rude. Especially Rita that’s an older lady. And it probably is a good thing that I am not seriously in need of doctors care cause they are slow as hell. Literally it would take 5 mins of the doctors time or nurses time to just tell me if I need stitches or not. It’s not like I need a heart surgery or something.

I sat there for 4.5 hours crying in pain in the waiting room. They kept telling me I was on a list. I saw people arrive after me and leave. I was unable to get help. They should not be called an emergency room. They clearly don’t care about helping people. Don’t waste your time. I doubt they’d care even if you were bleeding out.

For the fact that my sister waited 4+ hours in ED to even get a room. What is wrong with this place! We didn't even see an actual provider in all that time. How this place is still running is a miracle.
