I went to the ER for a Strep A infection, after this person tased my face in 2022, where I had broken bones on my head. The medical center did not even provide CT Scan or X-rays, for a visible case of broken bones on my face, after this person assaulted my head with a stun gun. When I moved away for a job, partly due to provider gross negligence, the medical center then used my identity to underwrite and open policies with Nationwide Insurance, for cocaine trafficking. Fainted due to BP issues. Stayed there from 9am to 3:30p.m they gave me medicine that made me worse than I were before I came. Gave them my phone to charge and when I asked why was my pressure rising they ignored me. Remind you I asked for my phone and they kept hesitating on giving it to me. One of the nurses laughed because I told them ice never been to a hospital to get help and left worse than I came with the evilest smirk on her face. Absolutely embarrassing. Waited 5 hours. Watched multiple people walk in and get taken care of immediately, and when no one else was in the waiting still waited over an hour. Left without being helped. I will never return. Pathetic.

My 92 year old mother in law is there right now recovering from emergency hip surgery and is getting minimal care at best. The doctor wanted to have her to go to recovery/rehab floor post surgery but do to overcrowding she went back to 5th floor north. She is not getting the care she needs, too many concerns to list here. Didn't want to give even one star. PAY YOUR NURSES MORE BECAUSE THEIR LACK OF MOTIVATION IS AFFECTING PATIENTS!!

Just don't! If you are in need of emergency care, just look elsewhere! You will be left in the waiting room for hours. I sat for hours then left. Was billed $800+ for 15 minutes of care (triage) that was it! They shuffle you in and around, tell you they will do a chest x-ray, WHY I ASKED? NO, YOU Will NOT! THIS is a ploy to get more insurance $$$. Just don't bother, go elsewhere if you need emergency care!
