Its frustrating, its ridiculous and very poor communication at the front desk. If you are checking in people in the front, please tell them the wait is going to be longer as you know and not telling anyone. We would have went to another ER instead of waiting and no means of communication nor updates on blood works that was done 3hrs ago while in triage. If I could give this place less than a one star rating, I would. We went to the ER for significant pain and bleeding in pregnancy. We were sent from the ER to the OB on our own. We got checked in there, put in a room. Our nurse was very sweet, but we were monitored with her in the room for maybe a total of 15 minutes. They took a urine test and an ultrasound. Arrived at 8:50am, to an empty ER. 1 patient ahead of me. It's 11:36. All they have done is take blood and triage me. Since then, I've watched no less than 9 patients go to the back, or go get tests ran, then go to the back. I can't believe this... it's not like I'm NOT bleeding, steadily... what is going on, here??

We were just recently in the ER on December 25th. I checked my husband in at 11:55pm with chest pains and difficultly breathing. We sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes! He was actively having a heart attack. I would like to know what your protocols are so no one else sits in the ER this long while having a heart attack. Someone dropped the ball and this is absolutely unacceptable!! Very disappointing.
