I really like it there & I want to go back
One star is too much for these people. Their emergency dept is abusive and liars.They told me this isn’t Burger King where you get it your way, as they ripped an IV out of my arm. I was in a lot of pain and they wanted me to wait 12 hours to get transferred to a room at Methodist. I got nothing to drink the entire time I was there. Not a sip of water. Why is the public not allowed to rate you a 0? You made things worse and your reputation as abusive preceded me halfway across Iowa. Never saw a CNA tossed and bounced off a wall before like I did there. The state needs to investigate you and shut you down until you know how to treat customers or patients.
