Doctor was arrogant, condescending, and rude. Will not go back. Only person who was not rude and arrogant but actually pleasant was the receptionist.

When the Doctor's assistant nurse doesn't follow directions in a patient's chart and you do "without" because of this negligence makes for an unhappy patient. I have never gone through so many hoops to make a prescription available to me! Just a reminder, I am the customer!!
