I had a wonderful experience working with Jenny at UnityPoint. She was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient while helping schedule (and reschedule) multiple clients. Her responsiveness and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about helping others—her support made a big difference!
Doctor was arrogant, condescending, and rude. Will not go back. Only person who was not rude and arrogant but actually pleasant was the receptionist.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
Great doctord
When the Doctor's assistant nurse doesn't follow directions in a patient's chart and you do "without" because of this negligence makes for an unhappy patient. I have never gone through so many hoops to make a prescription available to me! Just a reminder, I am the customer!!
