If there was a zero I would have clicked it. I had an appointment that was scheduled the middle of November with this clinic. January was the first appointment available. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I was asked to arrive at 7:45 so I left my home in Newton shortly before 7am. At 7:44 I was pulling into the parking garage at the hospital and my phone rings. Dawn with Cardiology was amazing. I have been trying to get some test done which are holding up my clearance for surgery and she came through for me. Instead of just scheduling the next available appt which was 12 days away, she made some calls to make things happen for me within a day so I can get cleared for surgery and be out of pain. She went above and beyond what I expected her to and made multiple calls between my primary care, Tricare and the hospital to take care of me. We have found Dr. Fernando to go way above and beyond when caring for my elderly mother. He explains procedures/shows videos and results that exceed any doctor experiences that I have ever had. He also called me one evening to share more ideas to help my mother, that weren't even directly heart related. I can't recommend him strongly enough!
