The employees are wonderful, this post is not about them. This post is for Corporate, you are failing to provide enough doctors for this growing community. I was just told that I wouldn’t be able to see our family doctor until January. This is outrageous and the burden follows on the agents who recruit doctors from our Universities. We obviously aren’t making it attractive enough to stay in Iowa and work. I see no point in being loyal to unity point if they aren’t willing to provide adequate number of doctors.
This is a great organization. Employees are friendly, highly recommended.
