Great experiences with Dr Sims and Dr Boonstra. They talk directly to my 3 year old, getting down to her level and she loves to engage with them. They offer their stethoscope to let her do an exam. Her PCP Dr Sims always takes my questions and concerns seriously and has never made me feel silly. I wish I could say the same for Dr Naidu. She was dismissive and condescending to the point I felt like an idiot for bringing my kid in. I was with this office for 2 years with my daughter, I missed her well child check 3 times all due to severe emergencies, the first two times I had Covid, and yesterday on my way to the appointment my car broke down, I tried to call and let them know, and the First lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and was not clear when explaining that my daughter had been dismissed and can never go back to this location, I called again and a lady named Lisa was really kind about it when I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor and ma... read more
A very good hospital property with excellent signsge and lots of art inside and outside.
If you have a pcp and call to ask if there is another doctor for a second opinion apparently that's not something they do and cancelled all my child's future appointments (I made a years worth) due to "change of pcp". Never notified of anything and now school is starting so they are booked two months out. I'm livid
