I was with this office for 2 years with my daughter, I missed her well child check 3 times all due to severe emergencies, the first two times I had Covid, and yesterday on my way to the appointment my car broke down, I tried to call and let them know, and the First lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and was not clear when explaining that my daughter had been dismissed and can never go back to this location, I called again and a lady named Lisa was really kind about it when I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor and ma... read more
A very good hospital property with excellent signsge and lots of art inside and outside.
If you have a pcp and call to ask if there is another doctor for a second opinion apparently that's not something they do and cancelled all my child's future appointments (I made a years worth) due to "change of pcp". Never notified of anything and now school is starting so they are booked two months out. I'm livid
