Charged 300 dollars for an ER visit and told that we needed to see an ENT for a traumatic ear injury. Yeah that's why we are at the ER. Do they not have ENTs at a hospital? Well not on that night, and apparently that's not their fault and we still have to pay. It was for the "consultation". We didn't go there for a consultation, we went their for treatment of an acute injury. Absolute joke of a hospital and administration. Go somewhere else, unless you "maybe" want to see a doctor.
The actual healthcare at this place is great! but the rude lady that answers the phone at this place needs to be changed. She has been completely desensitized from humanity after obviously a long time taking abuse from others answering that phone. She couldn’t have cared less about the situation. The only thing that mattered was the problem wasn’t hers to deal with. Nurses were great, but dealt with coercion, condescending treatment, and lack of transparency and informed consent from other providers. Hope we never have to come back.
The nurses and docs were very attentive. They took great care of our son during his kidney infection.
