Our daughter was diagnosed with RSV and influenza a. While we had to wait in an ER room for quite awhile while a room opened up on the pediatric floor, both the ER staff and the pediatric staff were wonderful. Dr. Ferguson was our main doctor and was so sweet and attentive to our girl. Sue was one of our nurses and was so accommodating and friendly to our little girl. No one wants to see their little sick, but the staff did their very best to make our girl as comfortable as possible.
This place is an absolute joke of a hospital. Unreasonably inhospitable staff that rushes you out the door as soon as you come in. My sister came in with my baby niece and waited 2 HOURS to be told ‘keep doing what your doing and call me if you have questions.’ No genuine care, no follow up plan to ensure correct healing is happening and no pain management plan or instruction for a fracture that has progressively gotten worse. my bf was on the verge of passing out and in pain where he was crying and hadn’t eaten in days and all he wanted was some fluids . and they said no and told us we could go home after waiting for 9 hourrss!!
