I don't understand MyUnityPoint. I signed up and got proxy access for my children but no lab results are available and my bill is not posted. What is the point of MyUnityPoint if nothing is available on it?
Love Dr. Monica Minjeur. Went in today to adjust my medication. She immediately, personally, called me back to tell me that she had misspoke about my prescription. I really appreciated that. I'm always impressed by the staff there.
I recently had surgery at St Luke's and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I came in contact with in my overnight stay was EXTREMELY kind!! I felt my needs were all attended to and I never felt like I was in inconveniencing anyone. Thank you all for making a very stressful experience not so bad!!
Extremely disappointed in Unity Point on Boyson Road tonight. I managed to get there with my daughter about 5 min before their posted closing time. While I knew that they may have told me they were no longer taking patients, I found the door locked. The front desk nurse turned and looked at us and walked off. We couldn't even talk to anyone. Why have posted hours if you're just going to close early? I've always had good luck at my Marion Unity Point.
Just had my hip surgery last friday feeling better....one day at a time
