Dr. Ishmael is the best doctor I've ever had. Mary at the front desk was a great help on the phone and in person. As well as the other front desk lady (didnt catch her name). I went from being very anxious about my situation to very relieved after my visit.
This was the BEST urgent care experience I've ever had!!! I showed up just a couple of minutes after they opened at 08:00 am and there were already 4 people ahead of me but I still got in and back out in under 25 minutes. The check in was quick and easy and the nurse who did my intake was friendly and empathetic. I then waited less than 3 minutes before seeing Dr. Todd and he was great. Patient and thorough explaining my diagnosis and answering my questions. I will never go to any other urgent care in Cedar Rapids!!!!
They are wonderful!!! Everyone is so caring & listens to you.
The folks here are amazing. Super caring. It is a really busy clinic so sometimes you have to wait. Jason, and his team somehow made my appointment a little more fun today. Thanks!
I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30pm and I didn’t get in until 2pm. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous and unprofessional. Someone with a scheduled appointment shouldn’t be waiting for hours in the waiting room.
