Doctors are fabulous. Front desk and front desk manager are absolute horror show. Rude and do not care about patients privacy.
I brought my daughter in for a toenail injury last night. Dr. Niemier was so kind and caring, she really listened, validated my daughters pain, and really connected with her. On our way home my daughter said, "Mama, I loved that doctor, and that doctor place, and the nice lady that helped soak my foot." Thank you for all that you do!
I saw Dr. Tracy Niemeyer, MD with her staff today and was mistreated today and treated like I was dumb. I presented with severe abdominal pain from complications from a hernia mesh surgery. I was hoping for a better way of presenting to a hospital with my condition, but was downplayed and treated as if I had no idea what was going on. The Dr. claimed I had yelled at her (which I did not) and was being impossible.
