They pulled up my insurance info without my card and were quick.
It’s best to avoid this urgent care. Provider was dismissive and insensitive.
Okay so first of all I scheduled an appointment for 4pm , I got here at 3:15 . It’s now 4:30 people that came in after me has been called back , which I was patient until 4pm , the front desk says there behind , to me that means if they are late they need to go to the end of the line ! I’m never coming here again 😘🥴. What’s the point in making an appointment if they do whatever they want 🙄
Great staff! I’ve always been pleased with my care. Wait times vary but scheduling appts when possible does help.
