I would definitely recommend setting an appointment before you go. If you have to, you can still wait to be worked in. I find the doctors professional and courteous. The location is very convenient for me and I was in and out in under a half hour with my daughter who had an ear infection and they had my prescription ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. Excellent experience!
I was seen for a sinus infection, and was prescribed an antibiotic. I had side effects within a 24 hr period. I quit taking it and called for a different antibiotic.I was told I would be called that day or the next. I wasn't called. The 3rd day I called again and explained my situation and asked for a different antibiotic. She told me it might be a week before I hear back about it because the drs were really busy. Worse experience of my life the doctor was extremely rude i wouldn't ever suggest this clinic to anyone just due to the doctor working there then the supervisor telling everyone has different perspectives on how we take things as if trying to brush the entire situation under the rug.
The nurse was rude af , no introduction. Was told to sit on the chair in the middle , and when I stopped to set my belongings on the other chair, she started to slap the chair in the middle , saying "this chair , sit in this chair" like I was a dog.I asked if I could get my ear flushed since I was there , she said no with no hesitation, and no explanation.She only tried to give me a reason after I told her to put in my file that she's refusing to do it. Straight up bull. Kind of crazy tbh.
They pulled up my insurance info without my card and were quick.
