Came here yesterday first I had an ultrasound and the student was nice but the teacher wouldn’t even look me in the eye she was quite rude. Didn’t even get a picture of my ultrasound of the baby said they’d be uploaded to my chart haven’t seen one picture yet. Then had an appointment after the moment I walked in was told to basically undress for a pap smear and I didn’t want one nurse was not pleased. Don’t see doctor alexander - This is a great place and most of the doctors are caring and awesome been going here for my previous 2 pregnancies and now with my 3rd but today I saw doctor Alexander and she was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider . She is very careless and throws every concern to the norms of perganancy and makes you dumb for even asking questions it was not just one question that she acted like this with it it was after like a 4/5th question I had that she crossed the line I’m 24 weeks pregnant... read more
Second time at this location and it was another great experience. The building is new, well designed and very clean. Everyone I encountered was all welcoming, knowledgeable and cared. I had to bring my daughters with and they were also welcomed; no one was annoyed I had them with me which was refreshing and a relief. Thank you for continuing to provide a great experience each time.

After a very positive experience at UP Ankeny, I was very disappointed with my UP Waukee experience. I first met with a wonderful doctor for one issue. She referred me for a test and said if that test was normal, I would be referred to a specialist. When the test came back normal, I was never contacted. I reached out on MyChart to ask about next steps and received a response that if I wanted to talk about it, I would need to set up (and pay for) an in-person appointment.
