I’m grateful that this place exists, but I hope this review can lead to some improvement. Today I had an appt to receive Botox for migraines. Both the nurse and Katie who I had my appt with were very brisk, esp the nurse who came off as borderline rude. Additionally, I used the restroom after my appointment and realized I had blood dripping from the center of my forehead that had begun to dry. After being diagnosed with MRSA 5 weeks post op a laminectomy and discectomy surgery I was very scared and worried. Dr. Kumar and Sarah Johnson were so helpful, calming, kind and reassuring! They were thorough with their follow ups and they also helped get me switched to home care quickly. Dr Kumar is one of the sweetest and kindest doctors I have ever been around! Thank you for all the hard work you do, you make a difference!
This unity point charged me 100-150$ upon leaving, they'd told me I didn't have any more bills when I left. I later was informed I also had an online bill. I paid this online bill IN FULL and my account balance was zero. I was then contacted via email a few months after I had moved to be told I still owe 150$ or so and that my bill would be sent to collections.(it had not been even 6 months since my appointment as per legal requirements on their end) because they kept sending it to the wrong address multiple times and it was... read more
worth no stars since Dr. Hammoudi left. nurses rude and doctors don't read your chart before prescribing you medicine. When they do prescribe meds they don't give you what you need so since I have epilepsy I am left with multiple seizures and injuries.
