My mother recently needed information on her chart but forgot her password. She had to go through loops with IT and the front desk trying to obtain her information until we had to speak with the clinic manager Brittney M. And let me tell you!! Speaking with her was the best experience we had through out this entire process!!! Unity Point i know you guys are reading this! Give her a damn raise!!! BRITTNEY M is the best and she handle everything with grace! We truly appreciate you Brittney!
Kangaroo clinic! Went in to have my knee checked out as I injured it while working. The nurse moved my leg and foot around to see if it was causing pain doing so. Then ordered x-rays. X-rays come back negative and she says I need an MRI to tell what is really going on. Then ordered physical therapy. Lol.....so I came in and spent well over 200 dollars for you to move my leg around and tell me that without imaging its impossible to be sure what it is!? So why would I bother going to therapy to waste more of my time and money ... read more
I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Alatoree and Nurse Leann over the years. They are everything you would want your nurse and doctor to be. They listen, they care, they respond to messages promptly, they allow you to make your own decisions and inform without persuading. I enjoy seeing them and know I’m in good hands. Most receptionists are friendly and caring. Unfortunately some have a tone in their voice that aren’t welcoming or caring and sound like they hate their job. Doctor Vetsch is very nice and cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. Her nurse Tracy is easy to get along with. The only thing I don't like is how long I have to wait in the waiting room for. Seems like 20 minutes before they call you back into a room.
