Just called to have a blood pressure prescription renewed while in the Virgin Islands...they won’t refill it without me coming into the office, but I won’t be back in Des Moines for months... I was told, “ The prescription may need changed “. I’ve been on the same medication for 16 years with only one change to it ever. Switched from West DM Family Physicians to here saw Janae Brown She was great she already knew everything about my health before I saw her AWSOME!!
I called last night around 7:35 pm to see how long the Urgent Care is open & the young lady on the phone told me til 8 but I have to be checked in by 7:45, luckily we are right down the street got my daughter checked in and was done by 8:15.
I have been going here since I was a baby. Jay Johnson is the best doctor here. Everyone there is very helpful and caring.
My husband and I LOVE Janae Brown!!! She is very attentive to our needs and we feel that she truly cares about her patients! Also, Barb who answers the phones, is always sweet and caring when you are on the phone with her! Thanks Ingersoll Family Physicians!
