Not even sure where to start. I’m going to run out of my medication that I cannot just stop taking because this place has gotten it wrong so many times. They cannot even authorize a refill properly. I’ve also been waiting to see a specialist and I’ve called many times about it, only to be told they’re waiting on some other records that I told them do not exist. I had Dr. Stort, and she has been the best doctor I’ve had my entire life. I’d highly recommend her. I wish I could take her everywhere I went in the world. She’s the epitome of the type of doctor anyone in the world should want. I felt so seen and heard.
