Why does this clinic use an "answering service"? I called today to leave a message for a call back. I did not even get to request the call back. I was rudely interrupted and told they are all at lunch and I would need to call back after 1:00. If the "answering service can't write a message memo, what are they paid for?

They incorrectly charge insurance for made up procedures and then pass the blame and make you try to fix their mistakes, they say it it out of their hands and give you a number to call where nobody picks up the phone. They will not own up to their own incompetence and tell you sorry but that no one here will help you. I have been going here for 4 years and will looking for a different practice because i cant trust them. Look elsewhere for care if you can, otherwise be prepared for surprise procedures billed on your behalf.

Worst place possible when it comes to people with long term illnesses. I almost lost my job because they took almost 3 weeks to fill out paperwork. It was 2 lines sighn and date the receptionist are lazy and inconsiderate. I would not recommend for anything other then a check up or a cold
