Made me wait in the room for almost an hour and were not nice at all. Will definitely not go back and wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
The woman with glasses at the front desk is giving this location a very bad image. She is so openly rude to people with her attitude. I walked in and she asked if I had an appointment and I said, "no, I don't." Before I could even finish what I was saying, she cut me off and interrupted me, so she could make it very clear that I needed to have an appointment. This was my second visit, and it was just as bad as the first. I always try to give people a second chance because we all have bad days but there is one nurse who works there who has the worst bedside manner I have ever scene. She has short dirty blond hair and maybe in her mid-50s and was working 10:30 Saturday Sept 27. I took my son into the clinic, not knowing 100% sure what was going on. I thought maybe it was a sinus infection, but he was also having trouble with the tooth. When it was determined the sinuses were fine, the doctor was very dismissive and would not even consider the possibility of an abscess tooth.
