I went in today for a severe migraine, and I just want to say how grateful I am for the care I received. Thank you for truly listening and making me feel heard.
Selecting a time for my appointment was easy. I was welcomed when arriving and as I did the paperwork beforehand check- in was simple. I was seen on time. The nurse and PA took the time to listen to me. This is my 2nd experience at the Express Clinic and was happy again with the service & kindness shown.
Nikki by far the rudest nurse I've ever encountered! Shame on you.
