My experience with UnityPoint Center For Sleep was great! One gentleman upfront looked up and helped me. The other guy didn't look up at all. The young lady "Jenni" was the one who helped me try another mask for my CPAP machine. Jenni was very kind and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all. This is why I gave 5 stars. The store was nice and cleaned. Even the restroom was clean. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
We are extremely unhappy with the services we received from Unity Point Home Health. Upon finding out that the Dr was sending my father home on oxygen and putting in the orders with Unity Point Home Health out of Waterloo, IA, we called before receiving the equipment for my father, to make sure it had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They assured us it would be. 5 years ago we had gotten equipment from them and also got German cockroaches that were inside the oxygen concentrator. I had to pick up a prescription and they were very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience and made me aware of how long the wait would be.
They have never sent me new cpap supplies. They have very poor customer service.
