Really Tracy! I received a letter dated for June 9, 2012. I meat with you UW Rehab in Middleton on June 24, 2020. You say it will take insurance 8 weeks process for my scooter. Have absolutely no regard for patients well being. The truth is your home supply facility is closing. Was I the only one to learn of this after our encounter for a needs assessment with a physical therapist. A precription for a walker was faxed over from my primary. It was known a family member would be picking it up from west beltine location. They decided to to ship it out to an address I wont be at at for many months. Now I have no walker and no way of knowing if I will get a replacement for there error. They wont answer the phone. Member services will be dealing with them, thankfully.

HORRIBLE customer service! Attempted to get cpap supplies for my husband who just had major surgery for colon cancer. Called on Thursday and ordered mask and tubing, and was told we were lucky because it was the last one of that size/brand they had!. We said we would pick it up that afternoon. A few minutes later, they called back to say that it was the since he had enrolled in Medicare since our last order that they needed to contact Medicare and get approval. It would be a day or two. I get CPAP supplies through here as it's linked to my insurance, and have had no problems with promptness, accuracy, or courtesy. The only change I'd like to see is online ordering: it takes a phone call to do business here, which is difficult as my job has me on phone calls pretty much continually.

Unfortunately my insurance is linked to this place for supplies. So you call, they don’t answer, you leave a message...you leave a message every day for four days. They don’t call back. You finally get someone to order supplies, and because now you REALLY need them, you tell them you’ll pick them up, and give them a time. Yeah, that’s a waste. They weren’t ready, then they brought them up, but alas, they were waiting on someone else now, so I sat there waiting while they filled the other order.... Customer Service at this pl... read more
