I had to go back a second time to have the master stylist fix what the other girl did. The other girl didn't listen to what I wanted and was more interested in leaving on time for a luncheon she had planned. She probably could have done both without rushing through my appointment, but she was 25 minutes late coming to work, and I was the first appointment of the day. Best salon I ever been to Nadine and Shannon are great hair stylist, they work miracles on your head I am just loving my hair so much since I been getting my hair tooken care of at unity salon I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone and the customer service is awesome. I love this place 1- 100 I give this salon a 100%
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I got my hair extension “tightened” by Shannon in unity hair salon in November this year (2025). Process took less 20 minutes, which before by other professionals who took their time and care would take an hour or more. As soon as I left this salon, the extensions dropped and became super loose! This also lead to my scalp having irritation and redness and a lump at the side, not sure if it due to dirty equipment or what but I was disgusted.
