Blocked dozens of people inside an apartment building complex they were working on. Doesn’t show up when they say they will and says you have to wait 20 minutes which is actually 2.5 hours. Thankfully no emergencies but tons of people late for work with no apologies or notice until after they showed up and blocked us in. Genuinely curious how a business this dysfunctional is still running
