Quick and friendly service
I love it here
Awful customer service from the senior staff members. I inquired about a fee and was told it would drop off automatically, it didn't which compounded and caused several other fees. They would not help with any of them even goin as far as to say it had been fixed before (many years ago) so they couldn't do anything. I went to another branch and they fixed it within a few minutes. I will not be banking with Unity One much longer because of my experience with this branch alone.
