Repeatedly have left messages for via phone, portal and in person for the office manager to get in touch with me. Finally get a message via the portal from the office manager saying she never got my messages and that I need to let her know what I want to talk to her about, then she'll try calling me when she's available. That was over a month ago, no response what so ever. This is creates a huge issue with continuity of care. If it were possible to give an establishment negative stars Unity Medical would receive them because they certainly earned them. Since the transition from Langniappe Medical to the current provider it is mindboggling at such a lack of competency. Waiting for more than and hour to be seen by a physician and more than 20 minutes to be seen by anyone in their support staff. I have truly never dealt with such chaos at a Drs office in my life and I'm 50 yrs old. Went in for my 3 month wellness visit over a month ago and had to see yet another new Dr/PA? Shauna Keys. I'm self pay and had to actually pay $200 cash before I could even go back? I knew something was odd and now I truly wished I had just left. She had all the personality of a rock. A whole 10 minutes later I'm dumbfounded as I'm at the front desk asking about my next visit and she was stumbling over what to say? I leave only to get in ... read more

They dropped my insurance company and never told me! Until my next appointment which apparently wasn’t in the system but I received 4 text messages saying it was confirmed! Highly don’t recommend going to them.
