My wife convinced me to get the kids a massage to help with their belly pain. Lizz had many ideas to help us, and I thought it was a great experience. The kids really enjoyed it, and I found the techniques to be helpful at home. Would recommend.
My husband and I brought our kiddos (1 month, 13 months) in for an infant massage session. Lizz was a pleasure to be around, and easily answered all of our questions from stomach issues to clogged sinuses. We use the techniques she taught us, and they work incredibly well to calm our babies and ease their discomfort. We learned so much, and would highly recommend to any new parents!
Lizz is amazing! She did an infant massage for my 3 month old son. She also taught me how so that I can give him a massage myself! I love the benefits he gets! He loved it and he loved Lizz... She is very talented and has a beautiful, kind soul! I can't wait to get in for MY massage next!!!!!
Fantastic! I'm in Glenwood Springs on a work trip. The massage therapist rearrange her schedule to fit me in for a 60min massage. Great Swedish/relaxation massage with just the right amount of pressure. Very clean and comfortable. I'll be back for sure!!
Liz did a fabulous job decreasing pain in my shoulder and increasing my range of motion. The positive results of one massage exceeded my expectations! I also received a hot stone massage. I loved the effect of heat and stones to relax muscles.The massage room is uplifting, comfortable and well-maintained. I will be back!
