Highly disappointing experience with their audiology services. I booked an appointment for a hearing test for my mother who only understands Cantonese Chinese. I specifically asked ahead of time whether or not if the testing was done in Cantonese - which I was assured of that they do. After the appointment, my mother indicated that it was done in English, so the test was useless and a waste of time.
