Ive had too many experiences where it seemed no one wanted to help me when I was trying to obtain a refill or just find out information on my prescription. Its disheartening.. With that said... Ive had one great experience of someone actually helping me by pointing me in the right, making a few calls and providing me with extentions to various people who can help me directly. Maybe that isnt the standard there but Ill always be super appreciative of that moment.
