Can't even rate experience properly because they won let me come in.. I made an apt in July and they said all new patients can only in November. Okay, not cool, but made the apt. Now, less than 2 weeks before the apt, they call and say they double booked and I'm out. Next apt is mid January... I was supposed to get bloodwork before a surgery scheduled in November AND requested off work already. The woman was nice about it on the phone but offered no help so even if she was calm and professional it was still a bad experience.... read more
Great Experience at Unity – Thanks to an awesome employee. I went to Unity and had a great experience — not only with her taking my blood, but also with her assistance on a school assignment. I’m currently in school for Medical Assistant and had to interview someone in the healthcare field to gain insight. Her interview was very insightful and skillful. Najeem T. was very sweet, professional, and did an excellent job taking my blood — I didn’t feel a thing! She’s a great employee.
Providers are late, don’t come in or always are having issues. First & second time, no providers available because of random meeting, third time practitioner doing my blood work was over 30 mins late (the office admin was the only one who cared about anyone), fourth time I get a call 20 mins before my appt saying the doctor isn’t even there yet & is having car issues so will not make it. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with everyone being incredibly kind and pleasant to interact with. Two individuals, in particular, stood out for their exceptional service: Nurse Thomas and Ms. Tracy at the front desk. Both were incredibly helpful and made a significant positive impact during my visit.
