If you go here don’t see Dr. Negussie! She is the worst! You’ll never get your lab results back, no call back or anything! Don’t waste your time! You’ll be better off going to another Unity health.
I cannot stress enough how horrible this practice is. If you need to get in contact with your provider, good luck. Most of the receptionists are absolutely nasty and unhelpful. They clearly do not care about their jobs or helping patients. One receptionist cussed me out over the phone and told me that she “doesn’t have time for me” as if it is not her job to help patients. My doctor went on maternity leave and I was not notified and was left with no medication refills and no one in the practice cared to help. There was no pl... read more
The receptionists is rude and unprofessional.... make u wanna smack the professionalism back into her.... very first impression means everything when u are the first person to see....
