I can’t speak for the other locations, but this has been one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, no one is friendly or welcoming, and the overall level of service is extremely poor. The registration process alone is frustrating and inefficient. On Dec 29 I was given app. Dr Aubo I went to appointment.Told her what I was there for Mind you I'm disabled pt.So all that extra running around isn't benifitting to me.I was told to go take blood work and urinalysis.I hobble to phybobotem office No paperwork sent down.So I hobble back up stairs and banged on door because as we all know there are no receptionist at front desk . The worst doctor's office. Staff is not sympathetic or compassionate. Office is overbooked and chaotic. Waited over an hr for them to tell me my appt was rescheduled.

I did not have a good experience here, or with unity health care in general when trying to receive prenatal care. The OBGYN allegedly is never there either at this facility. Decided to look elsewhere.
