Great community clinic
They schedule you for telephone appointment at a certain time and either call hours later or don’t call you at all. The front desk people are not very friendly or professional and shouldn’t be in customer service. I do like a few of the staff that calls you in the back some of them are nice and make you feel that they care and some of the doctors as well but some just come in and rush you out and leave you feeling like your issue that you came in for was not addressed at all.
CALLED on 7/28/26. Lady said they are taking walk ins. She explained that on Thursdays they stay until 8 pm. 7/30/26 I showed up around 5. Guy in the front said they taking walks in’s. After waiting for patient to make an appt, lady at the front desk with the make up and bush said to come back at 7:45 am. It’s 7/31/26 7:54 am, guy at front desk “we not taking walk ins, no doctors.” All this back and forth. I’ll just drive 30 minutes to the ER. Neighborhood clinic? This how they do us though. I really enjoy talking to ms.lionel she the only that took her time out to help me to get therapy for my daugter Shakita Griffin.the other people that call they did not help us with anything just ask a lot of questions to get in our business. she done a beautiful job.
