It just always feels to me like this place cuts corners a lot. I sent a request on Wednesday to have my prescriptions refilled before the 4th of July weekend. Today (Thursday) Parkside sends me a text saying my meds are ready, I also notice the text gives me information on the holiday business hours.. So Im confident I can arrive in time before end of business and obtain my medication. I arrive a little after 2pm, get inside the building and Im told I cant go in to the Pharmacy. Every time I go to this facility I have a great experience
This place is always closed in the middle of the day for some asinine reason They sent me a notification that my prescription is ready for pick up. I get there. They’re closed till 3 o’clock because they’re having a meeting. You’re having a meeting from 12 PM till 3 o’clock in the middle of a Thursday and you didn’t care to send out a notice to anybody, but you sent out that people‘s prescriptions were ready and now you just have people waiting outside and 90° weather because the entire clinic had to close down.
