I’m a very patient person, that being said , I believe that if ANYONE works customer service of any kind, plz remember, the way you treat others , maybe the way you are treated. Good or Bad. The employees here need to be ashamed of themselves. I repeatedly dialed extension 8056 and they would answer the phone but wouldn’t say anything and then hang up. I could hear their conversation in the background. My son had bloodwork done last week that needed to be sent to a specialist he’s seeing tomorrow. I just wanted confirmed that the results were faxed over. Lazy, disrespectful employees need to be fired.

En general cuando llame para hacer una cita con el dentista me contesto un señorita en español la misma que siempre contesta (nada apta para em puesto de servicio al cliente) la cual no tiene nada de profesionalismo y enpatia para los pacientes fue tajante y abusiva al decirme que no había citas disponibles y me colgó así de cortante y volví a llamar el próximo viernes y lo mismo jamas dan citas. Me asombra que estando en un país tan avanzado en todo y tenga que esperar meses para una cita médica, cero estrellas para Unity H... read more
