Very helpful staff, doctor was thorough and treated me like a partner. Very satisfied with treatment plan.
Unfortunate circumstances required me to move back to NYC unexpectedly. I contacted Dr. Bingham and his nurse educator to see if they could assist me with the transition as I would be without health insurance for a bit. (ie. change from Dexcom to Libre, Tandem pump to long acting insulin). They read my message and then never responded. Dropped me like a hot potato. Extremely unprofessional. Fortunately I was able to find a different venue after having to pay around $1000 out of pocket. Be wary of this practice.
