Let me be explicitly clear: the therapist are fantastic. It's their policies that aren't. Due to circumstances outside of my control I had to cancel several appointments, one for a car accident, one a medical emergency, one because we got covid, and another because we blew a tire in our car and couldn't get in for a replacement. It took 22 calls to tire places in Muskegon for 1 person to answer with a "maybe we can replace them before Sunday."
