Front desk person or operator continually shouted at me after I told them not to keep shouting. Unprofessional and inappropriate I brought up a complaint I wasn't yelling or loud or even assertive but they kept trying to shout possibly because they thought I was a pushover. it was just really weird and I told them to stop and they said sorry I'm not meaning to yell and kept continuing the behavior. Nurses were mostly nice. One was a little creepy maybe on accident hard to say. The doctors here diagnosed me with bipolar I disorder and treated me with lithium and the highest possible dose of antipsychotics. They did not ask about my personal medical or trauma history. They based my diagnosis almost entirely on the fact that my aunt is bipolar, a family relation that has ~10-13% possible correlation with an increased likelihood that I have bipolar disorder. This place is not supportive when you are not able to stay at the place due to their lack of private rooms. They will just throw you to the street and make you walk out without the use of your mobility tools. The staff is ableist and unkind to those in crisis
