Took my son here when he was having a mental health crisis and they were phenomenal. Every single person was caring. Even the security guards.
I stayed here over night a couple months ago after a friend dropped me off for SI. The nurses and psychiatrist and therapist and really all the staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly. My reason for the low stars is the sleeping arrangement. It is just this one large open room and the "beds" are just recliners. Hello, I Jacob Tudor have been to unity twice, I experienced kind staff and a healing environment that cultivates reconciliation. The staff is happy to assist with cups of coffee, conflict resolving conversations, and even groups that equip patients with skills to help them regulate emotions. They do their job with a smile :)) If you are having a mental health crisis I highly recommend seeking help at the unity behavioral health center.
