Me and my partner has been trying to get in contact with our caseworker most of the day and each time we call up someone tell us that they will send a email out to get someone to call me but no one does It's getting to the point like last time we was with doorways I will be calling them in the morning and if they have to send another email I will be asking to speak with a manager because it's become a joke we need help with something and you guys are meant to be there to help but yous don't

Me and my girlfriend went to doorways in Wyong about a month to get a caseworker because we was going through temporary accommodation though housing and the lady done the intake said she will send everything we gave her to housing and she never did and we had to get out of the motel the next day and housing couldn't help because the lady didn't send anything over and we didn't have copies of the stuff we did when the lady said she would give us copies of everything And I sent about a week trying to get a hold of Doors and ev... read more
